My husband stayed 8 nights following a surgical procedure. The apartment was better than described! The bed was very comfy. The location excellent and the apartment clean, quiet, and comfortable but close to needed amenities. My husband appreciated the great WiFi, TV's (when he needed a change of scenery), and the well equipped kitchen. Jason was an awesome host giving great directions for check in (complete with pictures) and checking in with my husband to make sure his stay was going well. My husband needed one extra night and Jason was very quick to accommodate him. Highly recommend this great apartment in Thousand Oaks with Jason as the host!

This was a fantastic AirB&B. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was super clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything I could have needed, including a blender and a full supply of coffee. It was incredibly hot during the time I was there (36C/110F) but the apartment stayed nice and cool. It is located on a fairly busy road but with the windows closed I couldn't hear anything and there is a lovely, silent fan above the bed, which was also very comfortable. There is also a really good desk set up if you need to do work. Great place all around. I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect for a last minute stay-over in Thousand Oaks. The home was quiet, clean, and easy to find, just as listed. Very comfortable! Communication was direct for easy check in and out. The area is beautiful, I would definitely book again.

Clean and cozy apartment, comfortable bed and sheets, and Jason was very communicative. Nice and hot shower as well. I’d highly recommend Jason’s place to anyone traveling in the area.

Jason is a terrific host and this is a really terrific property. I live nearby, and this was the second time my mom & my brother have stayed there while visiting for the holidays. The place has everything you need and no clutter, in a bright and open space (great natural light). Everything about it is very easy, intuitive and comfortable. They both said their bed’s were super comfortable. It was the perfect setting for our lowkey Christmas and the kitchen worked great for making dinner. Communication with Jason is so easy - he replies quickly and is always easy to work with, and honestly we didn’t need him much at all since there were no problems or issues. Highly recommended!

This place was wonderful. It was very clean, nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The building and surrounding area was quiet. Check-in was easy. Also, we had everything we needed. Jason was an excellent host. He responded quickly to any requests we had and provided a link to activities/events/restaurants in the area. My husband and I highly recommend this apartment.

I needed a quiet, comfortable, and safe place to stay while waiting for my home to be ready. As a single mom who lives alone most of the time, safety was my top priority. This place could not have been better! It was so comfortable, clean, peaceful, neat, bathrooms and kitchen were pristine! I recommend Jason’s place 100%! We’ll be back!!!! Absolutely loved it!

Super thankful for Jason. We found him quickly while experiencing a difficult situation in a different Airbnb. He was very accommodating and made our worries disappear. This was a business trip and we truly appreciate his flexibility and very quick responsiveness to our requests. Would absolutely stay here again.
