Clean and cozy apartment, comfortable bed and sheets, and Jason was very communicative. Nice and hot shower as well. I’d highly recommend Jason’s place to anyone traveling in the area.

Jason is a terrific host and this is a really terrific property. I live nearby, and this was the second time my mom & my brother have stayed there while visiting for the holidays. The place has everything you need and no clutter, in a bright and open space (great natural light). Everything about it is very easy, intuitive and comfortable. They both said their bed’s were super comfortable. It was the perfect setting for our lowkey Christmas and the kitchen worked great for making dinner. Communication with Jason is so easy - he replies quickly and is always easy to work with, and honestly we didn’t need him much at all since there were no problems or issues. Highly recommended!

This place was wonderful. It was very clean, nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The building and surrounding area was quiet. Check-in was easy. Also, we had everything we needed. Jason was an excellent host. He responded quickly to any requests we had and provided a link to activities/events/restaurants in the area. My husband and I highly recommend this apartment.

I needed a quiet, comfortable, and safe place to stay while waiting for my home to be ready. As a single mom who lives alone most of the time, safety was my top priority. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I walked in—the space truly felt like a home away from home. I will absolutely recommend Jason and this property to everyone I know. This place could not have been better! It was so comfortable, clean, peaceful, neat, bathrooms and kitchen were pristine! I recommend Jason’s place 100%! We’ll be back!!!! Absolutely loved it!

Having stayed here for 9 nights, I have to say that this place was awesome on so many levels. We were here as part of a month long road trip across California and Nevada and we got to see the whole L.A. area. Being 30mins to 1 hour away in any direction to Malibu beach, Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood/ Beverly Hills, Santa Barbara... we got to spend 1 day at all of those locations and at the end of it, we came back to a beautiful apartment wich is in a gated complex with a covered garage were we felt extremely safe. The Comon areas are beautiful. We spent 2 days at the Pool, it was so peaceful and well maintained. the apartment itself was huge, 2 bedrooms with 2 big king size beds and 2 bathrooms, very clean and very quiet. All in All a 10/10 for us. Loved everything about it❤️

Super thankful for Jason. We found him quickly while experiencing a difficult situation in a different Airbnb. He was very accommodating and made our worries disappear. This was a business trip and we truly appreciate his flexibility and very quick responsiveness to our requests. Would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was fully functional, clean, comfortable and overall as advertised. The pool area is really great. The surrounding neighborhood has everything you would need. Jason is a terrific host. Very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and great location near Thousand Oaks mall and close to many thing. The place was spacious and clean and safe. Near local amenities. Fantastic stay! Would highly recommend
